Hercules® SP is our next-generation semi-premium connection engineered for applications where conventional API Buttress performance can fall short—makeup variability, spinning couplings, scalability limits, and elevated connection stress.

Built around the patented PrecisionFit® hooked thread form, Hercules® SP delivers a tight-fitting, high-integrity thread seal with significantly lower hoop stress of a typical API BTC-compatible connection. It’s a strong fit for corrosive service, and the negative load flank helps reduce jump-out potential and limits localized movement under bending and tension.
